Philosophy

A Group Made in France and open to the world

NOVAE is now composed of more than 300 employees in France and around the world, spread over 10 offices, and operates every day in about ten different countries.

Partnership

A logic of partnerships and extended enterprise work

Aware that strength lies in numbers, and that it is useless to invest where others are experts, since its inception, NOVAE has implemented a 360-degree partnership approach with universities, colleagues, freelancers and even some of its clients.

To this end, we have created NOVA Community, to form technological communities around our core areas of expertise, including our employees and external partners. This community allows us to enrich exchanges, encourage joint projects and the emergence of best practices.

Some partnerships

  • Affiliation with Academy SAFRAN Helicopter Engine

As part of its affiliation with Safran Helicopter Engines, NOVAE has been exclusively providing engine training (under SHE's MTOE PART 147) in the Europe/Africa/Middle East area for over 10 years.

Through the Training Centre in Bayonne and on customer sites, the company provides theoretical and practical training, on behalf of SHE to technicians on 3 levels of engine maintenance:

Level 1 and 2: more or less advanced online maintenance.

    Level 3: deep maintenance.

  • Partnership with AIRBUS Helicopter Training Services

In 2018, Airbus Helicopters Training Services approached NOVAE to expand its aviation maintenance training offerings.

Through this collaboration, the spectrum of training offered by Airbus Helicopters Training Services has been enriched and now meets very specific needs of the Defense sector. Thus, by responding to these specificities, NOVAE actively participates in the deployment of new training courses (Armament Course - Puma Flight Crew Course, among others) for the benefit of Airbus Helicopters Training Services in Bordeaux.

Through a framework contract signed in January 2019, NOVAE provides training under MTO Flex for AIRBUS Helicopters Training Services, in the Aquitaine region, on the "ending programs" range. This range of training includes in particular the Defense Mechanic and Avionics Bridge Courses and Helicopter QT training.
